  • ConnecTeen: Text (587-333-2724) and online chat options are available for all Alberta youth Monday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday, noon to 10 p.m.

  • Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868
  • Strong Mind, Strong Me: free virtual or in-person program for children and youth in Alberta struggling with social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties as a result of COVID-19
  • Strong Parents, Strong Kids Program: free virtual or in-person program for parents residing in Alberta who have been impacted by COVID-19
  • Youth Hubs Alberta: mental health resources and services for youth, 11-24.
