If you are a member of the Rocky View School Division, please click the following button to register for your EFAP account.
Tap each box on your screen to reveal more details.
Your yearly service allotment is available to you free-of-charge. Once all counselling hours are used, you can continue with your chosen mental health professional at a rate lower than the national average and submit your receipts to ASEBP for reimbursement through your extended health benefits or Health Spending Account. Learn more about this in our Using your EFAP: What Happens When your Sponsored Counselling Hours End brochure.
If you need immediate mental health support, please call 1-855-933-0103 (press 1 for English and 2 for French). If this is an emergency, please call 911.
To access the services offered by your EFAP, register for an account on Inkblot’s platform (use the Connect to Inkblot button below). To create an account:
You can also access your EFAP over the phone by calling 1-855-933-0103. Please have your ASEBP ID number on hand for your call. Inkblot by GreenShield also offers a mobile app, which you can find on your device’s app store by searching “Inkblot”.
If you would like to learn more about the EFAP, watch the ASEBP EFAP orientation video to the right and check out this EFAP Q&A from the session. You can also register for one of Inkblot’s monthly public orientation sessions (available in French and English). Please note the orientations are open to anyone enrolled in the Inkblot by GreenShield program, so they won’t be able to answer ASEBP-specific questions.
